Won the Sasaki Yoshikazu Award at the 14th High School/Technical College Meteorological Observation Equipment Contest
Our low-cost underwater monitoring system using an autonomous profiling float was recognized for its practicality.

AquaWiz received the Sasaki Yoshikazu Award at the 14th High School/Technical College Meteorological Observation Equipment Contest for its low-cost underwater monitoring system based on an autonomous profiling float.
The system is designed for lakes and coastal areas where continuous monitoring is needed but equipment costs often become a barrier. It captures environmental data such as temperature and pressure by depth, along with underwater video, and emphasizes end-to-end operation from deployment to recovery.

Through repeated prototyping and field tests, we improved pressure resistance, data reliability, and operational ease step by step. Those efforts led to this award.
