The fact that we achieved both pressure-resistant structure and low-power operation, and completed it as a practical underwater observation system, was recognized, and we received the highest award of the competition.
AquaWiz's underwater observation system received the Grand Prize at the 13th High School/Technical College Meteorological Observation Equipment Contest.
Underwater observation is a field where the introduction of continuous observation or multi-point observation tends to be limited due to equipment prices and operational difficulties. At AquaWiz, we configured the pressure-resistant structure and sensor acquisition system according to observation purposes, and while also considering low-power operation, we assembled it as an observation system with practicality even at low cost. These points were evaluated and led to this award.
